So...#2 is a Breaking Benjamin song that doesn't sound like Halo anything, and #21 is a Hoobastank song. Not sure what those are doing in here, but the rest is good quality. In fact, quite a few of these songs don't sound like Halo, but it's got all the gems. Just pick and choose if you already know what you want, and if you don't, d/l them all and delete the ones that don't fit.

This is one of the best soundtrack ever. For games, movies, anything. Favorite song: Impend.

You should also check out Halo 1 and 3 soundtracks. Other great video game soundtracks:
Advent Rising, Hitman: Blood Money, Bioshock, Mass Effect, etc... when it comes to orignal music these are among the best.

Nice.

by the way, most of these songs don't sound like Halo because they aren't. Volume one was compiled before the game soundtrack was completed. So if you want just the game music, you want to look at Volume two.

#15 Has nothing to do with the halo seres, and if it does, I've never heard of it before..
why there are random songs mixed into the track is beyond me..

#2 is a part where master chief..i do believe kicks a bunch of elite's asses? dunno..lol but its a good soundtrack, i'll tell you that.

the rating would be a ten but a couple of the songs are not from the game. just techno remixes and thats just not my favorite. great collection.

It's automatically awesome cause it's Halo...

BTW, if you've played the game, you'd know that 'Blow Me Away' is what plays during the fight with the Prophet of Regret...

Follow by Incubus and Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin are some of the genius additions added to the Halo score. It's not the old Halo, but it sure as hell is Halo 2. Has been a great soundtrack since it came out.

Well Blow Me Away, was a tribute to Halo 2. Bungie asked them to put it in there. Remember (if you played) when the Brutes started fighting the Elites and Hunters? Thats the music playing, Minus the Vocals. not sure about #21 though.

Mercury Rain: First one: the bad quality stock doesn't even blend with the ugly-monotome bg color :/ and there is way too much text. 2/10 try to use more colors and but some stuff on low opacity on the stock so that it blend a little or just erse the edges of the stock with soft round brush. Second one: No flow. text is is badly placed. no blending on the stocks. monotome colors 2/10 i succest that you try to add some flow and some more colors.....and take the text off. harsh, eh? nope.
