xxriku: Well, I'm not about your skill level, but by the level of most of the people here: It looks like a picture of kairi + black bg + sparkle brushes + text. (which im guess it is?) Colors go against eachother and text is waay to big. I would suggest reading some tuts to develop your own style and improve.

Deadlock: Both the PS3 and 360 are CONSIDERABLY more powerful than the Wii. Nintendo focused on a cheaper, more interactive next-gen console (much like the DS before it), so graphics processing was not a big focus. The Wii is, however, noticibly better in comparison to all the previous-gen hardware. Hope that answered your question! ^^
