snowdog: Usually, those types of drugs are used for relieving pain like morphine. They use it probably in London, Europe or somewhere else. Not sure about London... (I live in England.) I know it's legal in several European countries. Holland, famously. Apparently the rate of drug-based crime is low there, because it's so readily available.
