Time Crisis (PS1) (gamerip) (1997)

The arcade songs were always great to play to and listen to, but I specifically sought out the PSX OST so I could get the Special campaign songs.

The chilling and suspenseful orchestras are what makes these tracks; the Lobby theme is a great starter that really sets the atmosphere (which you'll be hearing a lot of, considering how damned hard the campaign is!), and the Parking Lot theme remains burned in my memory to this day (that piano riff... brrrr...).

K udos to the uploaders; I couldn't find the PSX soundtrack anywhere but here. You guys rock!

In the meantime, I'll try and look for any proper names the 'Unknown' tracks may have; or failing that, the point in the game at which they are played. Consider it a sign of my gratitude!

Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to properly submit corrections for song names in particular (and not before accidentally submitting a form with no information in it), so I'll just leave them here. Listed are the track numbers, the points at which they play, and suggested names (or changes to existing names).

Once any corrections HAVE been made, feel free to delete this post. Things could get confusing, otherwise...

---

01 - The official name from the Arcade OST is "Main Theme From Time Crisis".

02 - This plays during the briefing in Arcade mode. (Official name is "Order (Mission 'Time Crisis')"

03 - The official name is "Mission (Operation)".

04 - The official name is "With A Tension".

Tr acks 05 through to 08 should be prefaced with 'Arcade' (e.g. "Arcade Stage 1-1") to distinguish them from the Special stages.

09 - The official name is "Dead Fighting (Dead or Alive)".

10 - The official name is "Wild Dog (Theme of 'Wild Dog')".

11 - This plays on the final results screen after you beat Arcade mode. Arcade OST name is "Serenity (Healing - Theme From Sunrise-Sunset) ".

12 - This is "Triumphant Return (The Return In Triumph)" from the Arcade OST.

13 - The official name is "Sunrise-Sunset ".

Tr acks 14 and onward, to my knowledge, do not have an official release, and thus no proper names are given. I do still include suggestions, though.

14 - Perhaps this should be "Briefing (Special Mode)". While the Arcade mode 'briefing' has a different name, I think the distinction should still be made.

16 - "Special Stage 1 - Lobby".

17 - "Special Stage 2B - Shopping Mall"

18 - "Special Stage 3B - Arms Factory"

19 - I have no idea where this music plays; there is no stage named 'Corridors' and to my knowledge none of the other stages contain it. It could be an unused song, a song that plays in one of the stages on some other edition of the game, or maybe I just straight-up missed something.

2 0 - "Special Stage 3A - Swimming Pool"

21 - "Ballroom Boss (Web Spinner)" (Plays when you fight the scythe-wielding mohawk dude in the Ballroom. His official name is Web Spinner.)

22 - "Special Stage 4C - Parking Lot"

23 - "Lounge Boss (Robot)" (The big mecha at the end of the stage.)

24 - "Special Stage 4A - Heliport"

25 - "Parking Lot - Success" (If you shoot Kantaris' car enough times at the end of the level, this will play in the ensuing cutscene when she crashes into a pillar.)

26 - "Lounge - Success" (If you beat the robot boss at the end of the level in a fast enough time, this will play in the ensuing cutscene when it malfunctions and knocks her out the window.)

27 - "Heliport - Success" (If you shoot Kantaris' escape chopper enough times at the end of the level, this will play in the ensuing cutscene where the chopper crashes.)

28 , 29 and 30 - I presume that these tracks are the ones that play when you DON'T catch Kantaris at the end of the final levels; I couldn't get any videos of these endings to confirm this, however. 28 would be the Parking Lot, 29 would be the Lounge, and 30 would be the Heliport.

31 - "Special Mode Clear" (plays on the ranking screen)

32 - "Special Mode Credits" (in the credits, natch)

Again , massive thanks for the upload!
